Description
A half-gallon jug of Riverbend Creamery’s Low-Fat A2 Milk every week. Their milk is farm fresh and local, produced on their dairy farm in Lincolnton, NC. There, the Lutz Family raises their pastured, all Jersey herd of dairy cattle on a grass-based diet. Milk produced by Jersey dairy cows is extra rich and creamy, containing up to 20% more protein, 18% more calcium, 12% more phosphorus and more B12. Their milk also contains the A2/A2 beta-casein protein, which is said to be more easily digested. Season runs 16 weeks, in conjunction with our farm shares. A Farm Share or Farm Memberships must be purchased in order to add on a Milk Share.
