Our farm is open to the public during the growing season (May – October). Our produce stand is a 576 sq. ft. barn that we built out of rough lumber in 2008-2009. It has a reclaimed tin roof and two rain barrels that we use for watering our landscaping. We have tables that display our fresh produce and the prices are posted. Produce is harvested daily and is available on a first come, first serve basis. We also sell locally grown fruits and honey produced on farms right here in Alexander County. The following are available during the growing season: apples, Asian pears, black berries, blueberries, peaches, nectarines, local honey. Some of our produce is available in wholesale quantities for canning and preserving. Please ask the attendant for more information. We accept cash only as the method of payment.
Our stand is also the main pickup location for our CSA Program.
Behind the stand, you will find a playground for your children’s enjoyment while you visit the farm. However, all children must be supervised by an adult while playing on the playground.
Hours of operation vary throughout the growing season. Please call (828) 312-8137 for seasonal hours of operation, prior to visiting the farm.
