Every Saturday in October, we invite the public to join us for this beautiful way of life! Every hour, from 9am-1pm, we host Tractor-pulled hayrides to our “Pumpkin Patch”. Take time out and enjoy some of God’s creation with the ones you love. Our 107-acre family farm is nestled at the foot of Barrett’s Mountain in Alexander County, NC. It’s rolling hills give you beautiful vantage points for viewing the colorful fall landscape. But, the ride is just the half of it! You get to pick out your very own pumpkin to take home too. The “Pumpkin Patch” is loaded with lots of small to medium Jack-o-Lantern pumpkins. So, each rider is sure to find the one that is just right for them! The cost is $5/rider. Riders 23-months or younger will ride for FREE, but they do not get a pumpkin. They can help pick out Mommy or Daddy’s.
Relax and watch the kids play on our playground, while you wait your turn for the hayrides. Rides leave on the hour and are first come, first serve and last approximately 30-45 minutes. Our trailers are handicap accessible for wheelchairs. Please call ahead (828) 312-8137) for groups of 10 or more, so we can be ready with another trailer; if needed. We also have picnic tables, playground, “It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown” photo booth, and bathrooms available for our visitors.
